Introduction🔸快乐10分玩法说明

China is an emerging economy in transition and the unique complexities of the Chinese market, rarely seen before in global business, pose considerable challenges for Chinese managers. According to the Analects of Confucius, people fall into one of four categories: those born with full possession of knowledge, those who gain wisdom through learning, those who learn when facing challenges, and those who never learn despite facing difficulties. In today's business environment, we can't expect professionals to be born learned and wise. The CEIBS Advanced Management Programme (AMP) is for senior managers who have wisely realised that management education will contribute to the long-term development of their company. The AMP will help ensure they are well-prepared to solve puzzles and seek wisdom.

Working as a general manager can significantly advance one's career development; whether one can fulfill the requirements of such a post has a direct bearing on the survival and sustainability of the company. Amid fierce competition, companies can make huge strides under the direction of professional leaders, particularly those with extraordinary foresight. No entrepreneur is born wise, and overnight success is rare. An excellent manager must take the initiative to overcome the complexities of management through systematic and creative thinking and learn to identify effective solutions, rather than passively wrestling with problems.

As one of our most distinctive flagship programmes, the AMP is especially designed for leaders and general managers from fast-growing companies and business units within a conglomerate. The upgraded AMP 2020 consists of 9 core modules, covering topics such as macroeconomics, leadership, managerial decisions, strategic thinking and marketing. There are also two newly-added modules, "General Managers: Making Wise Decisions" and "Corporate Investing and Financing Approaches". The curriculum is designed to provide executives with the latest insights into the role of a general manager, and it builds theoretical frameworks for participants to enhance their general management capabilities.

We have designed a series of academic events to help participants put what they have learnt in the  classroom into practice.

  • Learning through Reflection

Reflection can drive the learning outcomes when people find what they have learnt in class runs counter to their own experience. Reflection does not mean aimless memorisation, but an effort to break away from one’s stereotypes by doubting, questioning, analysing, discussing and sharing. Apart from the core modules, the Programme will provide a platform for participants to express their own ideas. At the beginning of each module, the instructor will guide participants to spend 90 minutes sharing what they have leant from the previous module in order to help them shed their own biases and blind spots.

2023年快乐十分开奖结果🔸Requirements for participants: Willingness to speak your mind and share with others.

  • Mutual Visit

When the third module ends, the participants will pair up and each will visit the other’s company. Generally, it is required that each participant visit a company different from their own in location and industry. Afterwards, the visitor will write a report based on the discussion with the host. The host will also prepare a report after reviewing the visitor.

2023年快乐十分开奖结果🔸Requirements for participants: Being modest and willing to accept constructive advice.

  • Learning Log

At the end of each course, participants will be required to spend 10 minutes recording what they have learnt and thought about in order to help develop their critical and systematic thinking. They will need to put theory into practice to draw inspiration for their future actions.

2023年快乐十分开奖结果🔸Requirements for participants: Listening earnestly and thinking diligently.

  • Reflection Report

One cannot succeed in life or business without opportunities. However, rare opportunities are only for those who are prepared. CEIBS’s Advanced Management Programme (AMP) is designed for entrepreneurs who want to be ready and capitalise on the opportunities. As AMP participants, we’ve gained a deep insight into the future, learned up-to-date management skills, concepts and information, and most importantly, we have bonded into a cohesive group in which we learn from each other, enjoy warm friendships and broaden our social network. Coming to study at CEIBS is like taking a pit stop in F1 racing - it’s a temporary break from the race, but it helps to fuel and prepare for the most important final leg of the race! The AMP programme is well worth it!

The process of learning is full of happiness. The half-a-year study in CEIBS brought me back to the happy school time. The process of knowledge transfer is joyful. Each time when transferring what I’ve learned to my colleagues, I experienced the pleasure and power of learning. Putting knowledge into practice is a process of self-reflection and self-improvement. In a word, all of those processes have proved helpful for my growth and my company’s development.

I have benefited greatly from CEIBS'AMP programme. The programme has been carefully designed and excellently delivered. The programme manager's support and care for the participants also made the programme special for me. Theory needs to be practiced in real life that is when understanding is truly achieved. Through the AMP, I have learned how to establish systematic and logical thought process, improved my ability to analyse the problems encountered during the operation of the company. I believe this is exactly the purpose of the CEIBS' AMP.

How would small, medium businesses quickly move through developmental plateaus? During the search for breakthroughs, what are the key problems that need to be resolved? These are all questions that we have been steadfastly striving to find answers. CEIBS' AMP's curriculum provides professional diagnostic tools and solutions to help those companies attempting to breakthrough their development "ceilings". This programme is highly targeted to the decision-makers of these companies with highly practical content and executable learning.
